Why it matters
Colostrum is dense with bioactive compounds: immunoglobulins (IgG, IgA), lactoferrin, growth factors, and proline-rich polypeptides. These compounds are associated with supporting the gut lining and the immune cells stationed there — and roughly 70% of your immune system lives in your gut.
The difference between good and bad colostrum is processing. Most commercial colostrum is heat-pasteurized to extend shelf life, which destroys most of the bioactive compounds. Ours is low-heat processed and sourced first-milking from grass-fed cows, so what's on the label is actually what's in the powder.
How to take
Mix one scoop (2.3g) in 6-8oz of cold water or your favorite beverage. Consume within 10 minutes of mixing for best results. Best taken on an empty stomach in the morning.
