PROCESSING TIME Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES We ship within the contiguous United States via USPS: - Standard Shipping (2-4 business days): $6.99 - Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $50 DELIVERY TIMES Delivery times are estimates based on USPS service. Standard shipping typically arrives within 2-4 business days after the order ships, but actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control (weather, USPS delays, etc.). WHERE WE SHIP We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses (APO/FPO), P.O. Boxes, or international destinations at this time. ORDER TRACKING Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with USPS tracking information. You can also view tracking from your account dashboard. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us at support@ascendnaturals.com. We'll work with USPS to investigate. For packages that show no movement for 7+ business days after shipping, contact us and we'll work with USPS to locate it or send a replacement.
